Went in yesterday for a latte and it was amazing. She wasn't wearing a name tag (blonde younger girl) otherwise I would have called the store and put in a good word. However, when I went in for the second time that day, I had a man serve me and he was extremely rude. The froth was more of a cappuccino consistency and I had to throw it away.

Throughout the last 10 years I have often been to the Timothy's in Connestoga mall. The new management is way better then the previous management. I highly recommend this Timothy's because the people that work here will greet you in a manner that even if you are having a bad day while walking into the store, you will walk out with a smile on your face. If you have a question, employees at this Timothy's are trained in such a way that all your questions will be answered in a manner of satisfaction. Personally, I am a huge fan of coffee in which I'm always pleased to see a variety of the types of coffee available. Coffee here is always fresh. In addition, the store is always well stocked. Overall, the employees at this Timothy's know what they are doing and are always well organized.
