Packed up place with hotshot dance floor with I believe the best pitcher that I've had in a long time. The DJ and the music just makes you dive in. Don't miss Phil's if you're here in Waterloo!

Decent bar, pretty lame though but good place to chill with people. Upbeat disco vibes but DJ was kinda lame and didn't build up the hype that much. First nightlife experience in Waterloo (I'm from Montreal) and I wasn't disappointed.

This is one of those dive bars that transcends generations. Is it gross, yes. Is it cheap, yes. Does it have questionable security staff, yes. However going in with $30, sober, and coming out bombed is a financial decision I embraced in my university days. I'll always miss the extreme music levels and long nights with pals.
