Wow!!!! Friendly staff, stunning atmosphere, very relaxing yet upbeat. This place is a must visit!!! The meat & cheese 1/2 platter was a huge portion for a starter that my husband & shared but didnt finish & the one pot meat & veggies were so yummy. I cant wait for another date night. Did I mention the antiques??? I wanted to buy it all. What a perfect night out.
This is such a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy a drink and great food. Charcuterie was awesome!!! I'm not usually a cheese eater but couldn't resist. Had so many great varieties. Will def be back. Great place to have a group as well. Very quaint.
I just found this hidden gem in Warkworth and booked my spot this evening for a delicious lamb dinner. Delightful decor, great ambiance and friendly, courteous service. The cake which was an apple torte was out of this world! This place is known for their specialty cakes too. It would make a lovely wedding venue. I was treated to live entertainment too!
We saw this gem driving home one day from Kingston to Hastings and knew it was a must see! The décor is beautiful & the restaurant is spotless. The Sunday special came with huge portions and could cater to our dietary restrictions. The staff was SO friendly and SO accommodating. I would highly recommend!
Have not been here in over 5 years so to my absolute delight this establishment was new to me. What a fabulous place! The little details were charming, the staff were superb, the food quite excellent! It was an overall lovely experience. Will not wait 5 years to return!
P.S. Allllll the food was great!!! But if you love fries this place has the best ever thick home cut fries we have had since childhood!

A wonderful location that we finally stopped at this weekend. We’ve driven by many times, and now I’m kicking myself for not dropping in before. Great, diligent and friendly service from Owen, who treated us like he owned the business himself. Thoughtful, eclectic decor and a menu to match. The Sunday special consisting of Caesar salad, haddock and chips, plus dessert, is amazing and portions are more than generous. Will definitely be visiting SOS again in the very near future. The charcuterie boards might need testing. This place is so good, you almost don’t want to share!!
