Not usually fond of mixed teas but after trying a particular type of white tea blend, I got hooked and decided to visit this store to make a purchase. The store was clean and tidy, and the two ladies working there were very friendly and helpful in identifying the tea I wanted! I will definitely visit again :)
I love me some DAVIDsTEA!! Their service is fabulous and affable, which makes it really easy to ask questions and get excellent recommendations. Their selection of tea and pricing are both great, as is their loyalty program and teaware. Well worth the wait for a good steep, as they make it right in front of you to order.
DAVIDsTEA has a wide selection of teas, they absolutely have something for everyone and that is their strongest aspect. The seating in the Johnson Street location is lovely as I often go out with friends to sit inside. It would be nice if more locations had indoor and outdoor seating. They lack higher end teas, but make up for it in selection. The service has always been friendly at multiple locations.
Very friendly staff and nice retail/tea drinking experience. A wall of options and well designed merchandise. As with most premium teas the price is a little high but you definitely get what you pay for. Thanks!

Went to this location today with my sister, right when we walked in we were given samples of very yummy, seasonal tea . The girls here were all very helpful, charming and put together. No pressure to buy anything, and left sipping on some well made iced tea, strawberry colada. I reccomend it! Thanks for the great experience ladies!
I might not like a lot of their selection because its kinda over the top flavours of sugar and added stuff but I just want to give credit for the best staff of David's Tea iv had. I had an old tea advent calender from last year. And they helped me refill it and print new labels for it and re made a whole new calender for this year. It took quite awhile but they were so helpful with all the work! Thanks guys, you rock!
This is a nice little tea shop. The employees were very helpful and the tea is high quality even though it was somewhat expensive. They do have some nice discounts if you buy more.
Really great experience here on International Women's Day! Delicious complimentary tea of the day. The cashier was very friendly and accommodating!
Love the choices; however, they are starting to add sweeteners to too many teas. I liked it better when there were more pure choices and when I could get a hot Ceremonial Matcha.
