Friends ordered Dominos from a different store last summer which was really good. This time we hosted them and ordered/picked up from this Oak Bay store, based on the summer experience.
Worst pizza we have ever tried to eat!! It was rubbery and soggy and the ham was hard and tasteless. We ate 2 slices and threw the rest in our recycle bin. Total waste of money!! The order also wasn't ready when promised and there was nowhere to park near the store.
Be warned!
January 6th 2024 - Domino's area manager Trina contacted me us offered to re-do our order at no cost. We took her up on that offer tonight. Our pizzas were better and the service was friendly and polite. The 6 Brownies thrown in were a nice touch. Thank you Trina!
Where to begin? Quality of food/ingredients: Every-time I order from this location, my food is hot, fresh and consistent. Location: This is a locally owned location and you can tell. It is always clean, and the staff are very friendly and efficient. We have the luxury of being in walking distance so I can’t speak to what delivery is like, but from how everything else is run at this location I would assume it’s done very well. So far we haven’t waited long at all for our food! 10/10 for Oak Bay Domino’s (Foul Bay Rd)

pizza was good more topping then normal dominos so i was very impressed.the del driver was awesome nice to see someone take pride in there job.
Best location we've been too. The staff are friendly and helpful. It always feels nice walking in and leaving as they yell out from the open concept kitchen right at the front of the restaurant! It's also fun to watch them making the pizzas.
Staff are really nice, pizza is good, and prepared quickly.

Went back a second time. The pizza is great. We were both very happy. It was hotter this time. They still have an issue with a very busy location - so best to be patient. The staff is very friendly. And really seem to want to help. But they are run off their feet! Would definitely try this location again.
Here is my first review: Disappointing service. First time customers at Dominos. We usually use other local pizza places. I placed the order online and went to pick up as we live close and wanted our pizza hot. There were seven staff at the location and the service was poor. I had to ask twice if the pizza was ready and in fact it was, both times, so the result was a pizza that was not hot. Barely warm. They should have one of the 7 staff members greeting customers, then ensuring the orders are given to waiting customers immediately. Three different staff seemed to be meandering past the till area, rather than one person dedicated to in-person orders. Not sure I would go back. There are other pizza places in Victoria where the pizza hits your hands super hot. The taste was good, the crust was excellent. We had the Pacific Veggie. Nice mix of toppings, but lost in a luke-warm pizza.
Wonderful, kind staff. Been a regular here for almost 2 years and have had only great experiences! Best location in the city.
With all the pizza options out there, Dominos continues to be the staple that my entire family agrees on.
It's hot and it's tasty and the staff have always been friendly. If that's not what you want from pizza delivery after a long day then why are you reading a review for Domino's? P.S. get the chocolate lava cake, you won't be disappointed!
