ERC has the most flavourful lattes in town, they make it impossible for me to enjoy a latte pretty much anywhere else. I can't speak to the food as I have haven't eaten there due to allergies. The service is friendly and very knowledgeable.

The coffee was very good. I had an americano, and it was just the right temperature as well as well flavoured. The almond croissant was very good, but I wish it had been bigger. The pumpkin scone was very good and a nice size. It wasn't too sweet and comes with butter but you need to ask for it. It open onto a large hallway that is lined with artwork. There is lots of seating and it's quite modern and bright. Lots of options for food as well as coffees.

This is a fantastic addition to the area!! The coffee and service are spectacular and I would strongly recommend their breakfast sandwich! I also hosted a couple events, called ahead and picked up their cookies (their gingersnap cookies are mind-blowingly delicious) and other snacks - and they were a huge hit! I just wish they had a loyalty punch card.
