The staff are very friendly and cooperative. I had their Papa Burger with Onion Rings And Bottomless Drinks. Much satisfied with the burger and onion rings. Later ordered just french fries, and liked it as well. Clean premises and very well kept.
We had a delicious burger called uncle and Strips. Both were delicious. We chose to have sweet potato French fries and I recommend it.

My family and I stop in once in awhile for breakfast when we have been busy across the street at the rec centre for kids soccer, swimming or hockey, I’m always pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service and cleanliness of this specific location, the owner and mangers and entire staff obviously take pride in that and us customers really notice! The Food is always as expected and delivered to our table in a timely manner. Breakfast is tasty and great value: pancakes eggs bacon hash browns toast and a big coffee in a glass mug, so good on a cold morning! Safe, clean and comfortable dining experience, staff are very friendly. Thankyou and we will be back in again soon :)
Me and my friend ordered two spicy habanero chicken burgers and they were really really delicious and even the patties were fresh. We enjoyed our meal and thanks to A&W Colwood Team for making our day 😍😍😍

Fantastic customer service at the front desk, from both the person taking our order and the person clearing the tables. Went to Wendy's first, but there was a long line up and after 8-10 minutes in the line up we had not moved (they seemed to be only serving drive through customers). Going to A&W was such a great decision, food was prepared quickly (and was good) and brought to us at the table, and the great customer service made for a really good experience!
