What a wonderful experience! We attended a private cooking class led by Dan and we had the best time. The food we cooked was delicious, Dan was professional and hilarious and we were happy and full by the end of it. Dan has a way of incorporating humor with teaching that puts you at ease and makes for a very enjoyable experience. We were there for about 3 hours and felt like it was a great value. It was also amazing that the classes were kid friendly. We look forward to doing another class.
Dan and his staff at Nourish are absolutely awesome! From our initial inquiry to booking our private session, Nourish was helpful with answering our questions which made it an easy choice for us to go with them. Dan was extremely accommodating when it came to meeting the needs of our group, and was happy to work with us to make sure we had everything we needed for the event. The staff’s energy and lightheartedness made for a positive experience for everyone in our group.

I went with my boyfriend to celebrate our 6th anniversary date. We wanted to try something interactive and engaging as opposed to eating dinner in a sit down restaurant. After some research, we came across Nourish Cooking School and we weren’t disappointed.
We have previously visited The Dirty Apron and although it was a great time, we found our experience at Nourish to be more engaging and interactive. Dan does a fantastic job of engaging his students, incorporating humour and keeping it educational. We learned about knife skills and various home cooking techniques which made it very practical. Dan definitely prides his class on simple but delicious recipes that his students can replicate at home.
Overall, I would highly recommend taking a class with Dan at Nourish Cooking School. We will definitely be back to try another class!
P.S. we took the Rustic Italian cooking class and for people who have never really made pizza or gnocchi from scratch... I think we did a pretty good job! 🙈
Had an amazing night with my team from the office cooking rustic Italian! It was such a blast! Dan was super accommodating for our group! The food was amazing and Claire ams Alicia were great instructors!! So much fun!
Attended a food prep class here and enjoyed it very much. Dan and his team was very knowledgeable about the topic, and are humorous too! It is a cozy place with a warm atmosphere.

Thanks to Dan and his team at Nourish for the fantastic job they did catering a dinner for 15 in my home. Dan was so friendly, helpful and professional. The Middle Eastern menu was excellent! My guests love it! I was happy to recommended Nourish to everyone at the dinner and I wanted to recommend it to anyone else looking for a superb caterer. Nourish is located in my neighbourhood and it felt good to support a local business! Drop into the cafe too, and consider taking a cooking class. I took one of their classes and loved everything about it.
We recently had a company party held at Nourish. A great environment for our group of 12 and the cooking class of Italian Rustic was fantastic.
Chef Dan was casual, engaging, informative and entertaining. It was like cooking in your home or at a dinner party. Dan's teaching approach was fun and we learned quite a bit about gnocchi and dough making!
Can't say enough about the experience, the food and drink selection, and the overall enjoyment of the evening.

My friends and I had an amazing time celebrating my birthday at Nourish with a private cooking class! Dan was so helpful in setting everything up and accommodating dietary restrictions, and the entire staff went above and beyond during the event to make it fun and interactive. The space was lovely (and great for photos!) and it easily accommodated our group of 20. We chose the Rustic Italian menu, and both the pizza and the gnocchi are dishes I will now be making regularly! I will definitely be back!
