My favourite upscale grocery in downtown. I love to be here during my break—great selection of food and drinks for lunch. Fantastic atmosphere, free Wi-Fi, lots of room and reasonable prices . PS: Don’t take your coffee from Starbucks and try Urban’s one instead.
Walked in and needed to pick up some flowers. Walked around to see if I could find anyone to wrap the ones I picked but it was the evening so I didn’t have high hopes. I walked by a gentleman stocking fruit and he offered to wrap them for me and he did a wonderful job and provided me great service. I felt bad pulling him away but he was so kind. It was very much appreciated. :) I didn’t get his name but he had glasses on and a headband with a long hair in a ponytail. Thank you!

Impressed with the selections and service, they even have a chef cooking in the centre of the deli! The sushi boxes look amazing, the pizzas are cooked up on the spot, there are all kinds of cuisines! Theres a carvery, salad bar, and self service hot meals. The seating area is huge and lots of tables to eat, read, work and people watching. I like this place a lot. I had cabbage rolls, fresh corn, rice and shepherd's pie...I wanted to taste as much as possible, all the dishes were quite authentic.

Urban Fare's branch located on Alberti Street in Vancouver. This supermarket offers a wide selection of food and goods, particularly high-quality local and imported ingredients. However, it is worth mentioning that the cashier and customer service need improvement, (and the store seems a little to be lacking proper maintenance.)

Good selection of foods and readymade lunch items. Their hot food bar is great.
I also really like their bakery and deli selections.
It is a bit pricey but they have a loyalty program so you can get some specials and collect points for future shopping.
I always come here for their hot food, especially the lamb shank and NY strip loin when available, which are relatively cheaper than what you can get from restaurants nearby. We don't do much of our grocery shopping here since they're on the pricey side, but we get what we pay for.

This is the best Urban Fare store in Vancouver. Great location, convenient underground parking, huge grocery and produce selection. Warm and tasty meals at reasonable prices vertually all day. The in-store Starbucks next to the Bakery section makes it easy to take out your favorite coffee and pastry. It is a pleasure to shop here.
