TonTon Sushi opened about 3 months ago, and replaced Sushi Aria. The oshisushi was sooo good. It was lightly torched so there was a delicious grilled and smoky flavour to it. There was a miso sauce on top that added some subtle flavour. Inside the sushi rice, there was a small piece of tamago!

Tonton Sushi occupies the space that used to be Sushi Aria. We suspect it’s the same restaurant rebranded because we noticed the decor looked mostly unchanged, and the owners are still Korean. Compared to Sushi Aria, Tonton Sushi is slightly more upscale; as evident in the pricing and presentation.
