One of my favorite stores. Always quick and friendly. Store is always clean and stocked and they constantly produce great beverages.
Staff are nice and friendly. They were pretty fast with my drink and also gave me a nice message.
Washroom is not very clean. The staffs are pretty kind!
Efficient service. Got my coffee exactly the way it was ordered. Wait was not too long. Very busy location downtown. Lots of pastry and snack choices. Easy access outside the Canada line station. I come to this location often whenever I visit downtown.
Came in when both of the espresso machines were broken at this location, however that did not stop the staff from offering wonderful alternatives to my drinks that I actually enjoyed, and in particular Farin was splendid at offering coffee misto on their clover machine instead of my americano misto that I’ve been drinking for years, and the best part was that I found my new favourite drink! She was very bright and respectful with the customers and worked very deligently. The young gentleman, Eren, was also very sociable and made the couple minutes of wait time enjoyable while working quickly to serve customers.
All in all a very bad situation that was turned into a wonderful experience by the staff in the store.
One of the bests Starbucks ever. Everyone is so friendly and professional and nice. It hasn’t happened even once to get an order wrong or take a long time to make it despite being fairly busy most of the times (which happens a lot in some other locations)
now renovated to a Starbucks Reserve store with a clover! Medium sized, lovely inside with tons of seating outside, this is our favorite Starbucks in downtown Vancouver. Cafe is clean and the service is consistently friendly. This store also has a unique feature that one side of it opens to a parking garage, giving a nice effect and interesting point of view. There are a lot of Starbucks Cafes in downtown Vancouver, but I highly recommend this one!
Farin is the best barista I've ever had service from at a Starbucks before. She is parallel to none! I'd give her 10 stars if I could! Thank you for being so wonderful
I love this location, its right by my work (the electra health floor ) and the staff is always amazing. They always make an effort to greet me as I walk in the door, they're fast and effecient and they always seem to be having fun while they work. they seem like a really great group of people and I love coming here!
Nice large store, perfectly located next to Burrard Theatre, close to all favourite trendy restaurants. Floor to ceiling windows, no views, looks into a parking garage driveway. Baristas make good drinks, but took back 1 star cause cashier couldn't answer any questions about ingredients and drink choices. Pumpkin has extended from lattes to Mochas and Nitro/Cold Brews. Lots of sidewalk table seating. Accessible entrance and seating.
