Above all the staff named Karen was so good in her work and made us feel so comfortable.
The restaurant is having a very good ambiance and we just popped in here randomly. Karen helped in selecting the food and she suggested Tokoyaki. It was so good in taste and I seriously liked it too much which I can’t even describe. Kuddos to the chef working their. I’m happy that I went on non peak hours. The price of the food are also low when compared to ita taste. Atleast the one I tried.
Service was super awesome!
I must recommend everyone to give it a try.
This could be one of the best and most affordable Chirashi don I could ever find in Vancouver. 👍🏻 even though the location is not very central, it’s worth a visit because of the quality of food.
Love it!. Great neighbourhood local. It's too bad it's closed between lunch and dinner, but it's understandable when you realize that the owner is there every day that it's open! It's awesome when an owner puts so much into their business :)
I really like this place. The food is good and it has a wierd special vibe.
I had their various items and I thought the fried avacado was novel and tasty.
The first thing i noticed is Its a beautiful building with lots of character! The food is great! I had a few rolls and the wild salmon sashimi, everything was real fresh and tasty! The waitress mentioned the chef was hired from Japan , which is always a nice touch.
Pretty good okonomiyaki!. It was 9:30pm and we were craving for some Japanese food. There are not that many places opened around that area this late and we have heard about this place having huge portions of okonomiyaki so we gave it a try. The ambiance reminded us a bit of the Eatery with the dark lighting and funky decor. There were 3 of us, it was pretty late for a dinner so we didn't want to order too much. One of the dishes we ordered was the Spicy Eggplant and Tofu baked with cheese. The eggplant was yummy but the tofu was bit bland and the dish was not that spicy at all. We also ordered the Spicy Tuna Tempura Avocado Roll from their daily special. We did enjoy this roll, but it wasn't anything too special. The last dish to come was the okonomiyaki with chicken and yaki soba. This was good because it was not doughy and it had a good amount of ingredients inside. We ordered the small and it was good enough for the three of us that night. Next time, we will probably just order a large okonomiyaki and skip the roll and appetizer.
Love the clubhouse. Great service, friendly staff, and delicious food.
The tuna tataki is delicious, as is the marinated tuna sashimi (called super yummy)
I also recommend the spicy agadashi tofu and all of the nigiri and sushi rolls.
The menu has so much to choose from that it can be a little overwhelming, but the staff is helpful and friendly if you have questions.
They are able to handle large parties easily and the prices are quite reasonable.
Do yourself a favour and go try it out. You won't be let down.
This place is great because it isn't just sushi, there are lots of other great examples of traditional Japanese food that is hard to find elsewhere. If you eat here, you should try the okonomiyaki! It takes longer to make, but is totally worth it. Just order a roll to keep you going until the main course arrives. Food here is always good quality, and the daily special sheet keeps it fun.
I love sushi!. This place is right around the corner from where I work. Really inexpensive & relatively fast service. Super yummy food & sweet staff! Hooray!
Best Rolls. My favourite last night sushi spot. Extensive menu and exceptional staff.
