I loved going to Dockers when I stayed in that neighbourhood. Breakfast is amazing and so cheap.
Eggs Benedict, Eggs Flourentine and Farmers Breakfast were my all time favorite. Eggs, ham, bacon, sausages, maple syrup and toast. End it with a hot chocolate and life was amazing.
Service can be a little fast but the food covers up for it. The owners are nice and very friendly. It was a weekend favorite spot and I miss it.
Dockers reminds me of the diner on Seinfeld. The guy that owns it is always in the kitchen working and is very welcoming. He can tell you stories from back in the day when Canuck players would come into his restaurant. You can tell he has love for the team by the vintage photos on the wall. Has a small tv that always has the Blue Jays game on đź‘Ś. Breakfast is amazing and their subs are even better. They make all their soups in house and from scratch. I am yet to come across a soup i dont like. I always come with my family on Sunday mornings for breakfast then hit the grocery store across the street to grab ingredients for dinner. The servers are great and very caring, makes it feel like home when you come in and see the girls.
Love it. Always a warm welcome, friendly staff, good food at a decent price. It's our go to for weekend breakfast. One of the best parts of our neighbourhood!
While not an outstanding value, the Special Sub at Dockers Family Restaurant is worth checking out if you’re craving a tasty sandwich that feels like it was made in 1985 and then delivered to you in a DeLorean.
