Pretty good food with fresh ingredients. The Yellow Curry is not spicy but still flavourful. I would go back to get this again. The Thai Ice Tea is pretty good too!
Even though “Punjabi Market” is primarily located on Main Street, I’ve often associated the neighbouring area along Fraser St to be part and parcel with it. However, much like how Chinatown is no longer the sole domain of Chinese stores and restaurants, this area of south Fraser St has become more multicultural over time. Eat Me Thai is one such example and is brought to you by the team from Bangkok City Cafe on West 4th.
Best Thai place I've eaten at! I love their Thai Green Ice Tea, Thai Ice Tea and Thai Ice Coffee!! All of the food was so flavorful and there really are no complaints. Service was very nice too. Pork cheek & chicken wings were especially good!
Amazing Thai food. Same menu as "Bangkok City Cafe" in kits. They specialize in Thai curries. My personal favorite is the spicy eggplant with beef. All curries are good, and best pad see iw in the city
Passed by and decided to pop in for lunch.
There's a lunch deal section for about $10 for a decent amount of food. I ordered the BBQ chicken which came with a side salad, wontons and rice.
Side salad was kind of slack. Just lettuce with a drizzle of dressing. Wontons were no good. Lots of wrap "skin" with little filling. It was also super oily. I didn't end up finishing it. Rice was nice since it has a coconut infused flavour. Chicken was not bad. Bit on the dry side and could use more marinate.

It has to be one of the strangest names for a restaurant that I’ve heard in a long while now, but the food was actually quite decent! Located next to 89 Inn (which I’ve had food poisoning experiences with) and across from So Hyang Korean (which I stupidly forgot to take pictures for), Eat Me Thai is located in a very restaurant heavy section of Fraser St. but I imagine that given the quality of the food, they can probably hold their own!
My girlfriend and I wanted to explore punjabi market more. We noticed a new thai joint had opened up so we gave it a shot. From the outside it does fool you, it doesn't look like anything special and the name eat me thai sounds like the red light district in Bangkok...
Upon entering wow... Renos are done really nicely. Above all I started to get really excited because there were alot of thai people eating, I learned the Thai language btw.
We ordered the roti and peanut sauce to start.
Boy Oh boy... It's so FRESH!!! And it's barely greasy! The sauce is amazing, it is delicious.
Then we got the traditional beef salad. It's done right, next time I would ask for them to sprinkle red chillies over it to fire it up thai style. Then we got the pork and egg plant thai stir-fry. Holy eff man lol. The flavors are definitely there and your eye brows will raise.
I'm coming back. I saw other thai families here have family size dishes. I'm gonna try those next time. Service is 5/5.
My first experience with eat me Thai, got the green Thai curry with chicken as s take out for a late dinner an loved it! One of the best green Thai curries I've had, spring rolls were good too.
