If you want a lot of nice food for a good price Tomokazu is the right place! We made the mistake by ordering everything (warm/cold dishes) all at once which resulted that the hot stuff cooled off and was not so tasteful anymore. The best option for us (4 adults+2 kids) was to order the shushi first and then the warm food later, this would have also prevented us of being stuffed after only one hour. The food was of a good quality, tasty, freshly made and sreved very quickl;y but this was because it was not so crowded, our friends said that they have experience longer times when it was very busy. We spend 120$ for the 4+2 so my conclusion is as I started.
My experience here was great. We ordered and minutes later our food arrived. As all you can eat sushi goes it was really very tasty. The staff were friendly and efficient.
The food is ok. But how can you go wrong with Cali rolls, however this place messed it up. The avocados were mooshy and tasted very fishy. The teriyaki chicken was good.
I think I just found my favourite AYCE spot/place with roof + windows + food to stuff my face. Got quite a lot of good press about this joint from friends of mine so I was extremely elated to finally try it out! And Tomokazu did not disappoint! The food quality here is unreal for an AYCE spot; no rushed preparation with sub-par ingredients here all for the sake of speed. Everything was delicious! I especially liked their cones and various sashimi offerings. Rangoons and Korean BBQ meat on menu was a nice surprise too. The service was solid and the ambiance here was better than I expected it would be. And the price for all this goodness? $17 for dinner AYCE... which is just ridiculous!
P.S. Owned by the same people who run Ninkazu, another one of my favourite AYCE spots & a straight-up Richmond institution!
Great place to come and have really good salmon and tuna nigiri, Alaska, dynamite and other standard rolls. They have great agedashi tofu, karage, tonkatsu, and much more+ it's a great deal for only $12 and the food is good and fresh. You don't get the fancy rolls or sashimi (you can pay extra for sashimi) but they have such a varied menu for all palettes!
First time here for late night, was quite busy for a wednesday night! The price ($17) for ayce was worth it but it wasn't THE best I've ever tasted. Im not a heavy fan for sushi, their chicken teriyaki was the best for me and the udon noodles tasted a bit undercooked. Gyoza, short ribs, chicken wings, tofu were all pretty solid for the price paid.
Had a reservation for a large group and was seated promptly, service was prompt and food came quick.
We had the dinner buffet and food was pretty good and some interesting sushi rolls like Shark Fin and Lobster Roll, they even had samosas~
One of my favorite all you can eat (ayce) sushi joints in vancouver. They have unlimited sashimi and oysters where most places limits your order per person you have. Friendly staff and reasonably priced too. It's pay parking but worth it if you're starving!!
Selection is really wide! I wish they had options to order things without rice since its so filling. At any all you can eat, the quality is never going to be great but I think it's pretty awesome here! I thought their soft shell crab tasted a little off though.

This is only for the AYCE. It is amazing, but you gotta order a lot of sushi to get your money's worth. Each set is two or three rolls, so you may have to order 12 - 15 sets. You get two rounds, and for a sushi lover like me who can eat platters of sushi, this is the perfect place. Just don't get the sashimi. It costs extra and the portion size is extremely small per piece.
