Firewood is one the most amazing and delicious pizza I’ve ever eaten.
I recommend ro everyone who likes real pizza in Vancouver. Try it you won’t be unsatisfied.
Services and staff are so professional.
We ate in the restaurant. Small, just a few tables, but warm and nice atmosphere. Fantastic pizza! Probably the best one in Vancouver. Service was so friendly and nice. We will go there again for sure!

Delicious! Very quick delivery if you're nearby. Often quality pizza is too salty, this was great. Ordered a perfecto. Will be getting more.
I got the Spanish pizza, Roma tomatoes, spinach, ground beef, cheese and onions. It was perfectly crisp and a little sweet... I think because of the onions maybe they were carmelized. My boyfriend got the Chicago pizza I took a bite it was meaty so that was good for him, but it was still better than a meat pizza from BP... you can't beat coal fired pizza 🍕🍕
Really good, crisp wood fired crust pizza. The tomato sauce is very flavourful with good texture. The toppings are fresh and plentiful. Great for takeout but small to eat in.
Very good.. Firewood has very good pizza and I am satisfied. But it is pricey and there is not much space.
First time eating here and the pizza was great! The staff was polite and helpful - we will be back!
I went here Friday night and got a small pizza. It really wasn't that bad. The girl at the front was friendly and perky. The chairs on the table decor is my only complaint. It was only 8:30pm and not closing for a bit. I decided to do takeout since it was too dark inside...
Best pizza in town!. Im serious. the pizza is amazing. if anyone is looking for pizza, its the place to order from! havent found a restaurant that can beat it! too bad they arent open 24 hours!! try the chef's special!
Free pizza from the boss. We had a meeting at work the other day and my boss (who's a great guy, and I say that even though he probably doesn't read Urbanspoon, so I'm not being a suck-up) brought a couple pizzas from Firewood. One was Parmigiana, topped with chicken slices (they were a bit dry) and fresh basil leaves (didn't add much flavour). The other was Firewood's version of Hawaiian, which has BIG pieces of thin-sliced ham, like almost as much ham as the amount of mozzarella you'd put on if you were making the pizza yourself. Pineapple not highly flavoured. The thin crusts were nicely crispy on the bottom with a bit of char (not too much carbonization, though.) But I don't see where the wood-fired pizza oven makes all that much difference in the end result, compared to conventional ovens.
Sorry if this sounds nitpicky. You know how people are -- everyone considers themselves an expert pizza opinionator. It was all good -- I mean, it's pizza, and it was free! Just not super-special. The most interesting thing about Firewood's pizzas were some uncommon toppings -- flaked almonds on the Hawaiian, and some cheddar cheese on the Parmigiana with lemon wedges to squeeze over the chicken bits. When you've eaten pizza from a thousand places in your lifetime, it's those quirky aspects that stand out for a food critic.
Damn good pizza. Very Good!!! I will eat here again :D
This is what you call Italian cuisine. BBQ Chicken pasta is my favorite, I've always gone back to try another dish but my mouth salvates as I think about the bbq chicken pasta. I have never had anything as delicious and divine as Firewoods pasta!
