Meal service was quick, food absolutely delicious and you can buy wine by the glass. What's not to love. Very authentic Indian food. Every thing was well prepared with all proper ingredients

It was our first time in Taste of India. We arrived pretty late (around 10pm ish), but service was warm and attentive. We ordered the assorted appetiser plate and the prawn badami. Just thinking of them make my mouth water. Everything was delicious. The Badami has a standout peanut flavour so that's a good thing. It seems that this place serves simple, authentice, no frills Indian food and that's all good for me. Definitely will come back again.

I've never seen lamb pasanda at any Indian restaurants downtown except here. And it is delicious (ginger, yogurt and spices). Their menu is vast but this is the dish I crave. 1 meal feeds 2. This was our go-to spot for takeout so I can't speak for the service but wait time is short and you can call ahead.

The reception was very warm. The original owner still cooks in the kitchen! My best advice is to try the butter chicken, but should remember to ask for the level of spiciness, and chicken Tikka. There chicken and saag with garlic Naan is also mouth watering.

I have loved the taste of India for over 20 years now..... I recommend it to everyone...a secret little spot on Robson st....no fancy shmancy marketing gloss.or trendy decor....just authentic cozy space, super nice people....and awesome happy tummy food! This was a favourite 'date night' destination for me....and should be for you too 😉

i love this restaurant not just because food but their service is also so good. Excellent food and very good service. i ordered mix vege korma and malai kofta with spinach naan it was very tasty with flavourful. very good amount at reasonable prices. i will go back for sure. it is my favourite restaurant in vancouver.

Really good Indian food the butter chicken was amazing !! The portions are big enough to enjoy one plate with two people ! Will be back again !! Yummy !!!

The food is amazing, but one of the main female servers can be quite cold. Because of this we don't always feel comfortable going back. That's all I have to say.

Delicious butter chicken!. We love this restaurant. The butter chicken is amazing and we also like the curried lamb. The samosa's (veggie or meat) are the best we've ever had. The servers are always nice and the prices are afforable. Highly recommend.
