Came here and tried their butter miso ramen and a few of their izakaya tapas. Their ramen is authentic and you can choose between thick or thin noodles. The butter miso ramen soup is very creamy and rich and there is actually a square of butter you melt into your soup. If this idea doesn't appeal to you, I recommend trying another ramen. Their cha-su is a little on the dry side but generous portions in everything we ordered.
Their izakaya small bites were all fantastic. Some of the best takoyaki and chicken karaage I've had in awhile in Vancouver.

Lately the two of us have been enjoying cold ramen ever since we had it at Ramen Gaoh. So naturally we hunted around for a spot that served cold ramen along Robson street on our way down to English Bay. Koyuki Sapporo Ramen offers a variety of ramen but they focus on Sapporo style which tends to be richer in flavor.
Tonight we were here looking for hot soup on a cold night, and ramen always hits the spot for me. Out of convenience and not wanting to re-park, having gotten a good spot on Robson Street, we found ourselves half a block away. We both couldn’t remember what was here before, and if this was a new ramen shoppe, and if so, how new. But the promise of happy hour was one that lured us in close and the full house was what prompted us through the threshold. The little shop was deep with a lot more seating that you’d think. Their kitchen is visible from the front, up at the counter. It is here they make their own noodles and broths.
Humble bowl of ramen.
The chicken in shio ramen is the most mouth watering tender chicken ever!
Broth is clear & light. Noodles are average.
The kaarage chicken is super crispy & tender. A little bit oily but it’s because it’s deep fried so it’s expected.
My recommendation- kaarage chicken!
I am an Vegetarian from Abbotsford, I rarely come to Vancouver downtown. But when I come, I just want to seek eat something that Abbotsford doesn't have. Koyuki is a good choice for Vegetarian, their Vege ramen is very good. It doesn't have too much broth. They served me a lot vegetable which I like it a lot.
I like their shoyu broth. This is my favourite ramen. However, the broth is a bit lacking. If some improvement is needed, I would say they should put more broth in the ramen. The service is fast. It's good for a quick lunch.
The ramen is good, soup is very delicious. The owner is very friendly. The environment of dinner is good, some time it gets very crowed during busy hours. The parking is a little bit hard, but that s a common problem in downtown.
Broth!Broth!Broth! The most important part for a ramen is the broth. I can drink the whole bowl of broth without the Ramen. I really like the flavour of the vegetable ramen. Hope they will have ready-to-go broth for sell.
A must try Ramen in Downtown. A friend recommended me Koyuki Ramen in downtown, I came all the way from Langley. The taste worth the time spending on the way. I tried Tori Shio Ramen, I like the house made chicken hams blends with the soup.
I had the Miso Ramen and Gyoza for lunch. I've been here a few month before. The service and taste of food is much better than before. I will bring friends next time.
Really good service here! It's a good choice for vegetarian here , they have delicious vegetarian noodle with fresh vegetables. Love this place , definitely will be back next time.
Very fast service, I went there with my co-worker. I had Shoyu Ramen for lunch. The taste was good. I'll come back for other Ramen for sure!
Super yummy ramen, healthy and big portions. Nice staff, nice atmosphere. The price is very reasonable, yet the food and the service were of the best quality. Love this place!
