Their concha bun is so good. Bread is moist and soft. Perfect amount of sweet balanced with light flavor bread. I like ot a lot, just not a big fan of the chai spice taste. Hope there will be more options of concha.
I'm a major taco head and I've been to most of the taco joints in Vancouver. I visited Molli Cafe yesterday for the first time and it blew my taco head right off. I ordered one of each:
cochinita pibil
marinated pulled pork, cabbage, pickled onions
tinga de pollo
chicken, chipotle onions, sour cre
Delicious! The cochinita pibil torta was great. The torta came on a baguette - not what I'm used to but I liked it. The hotchata and pico de gallo were perfect compliments to the torta.
So good! Tacos are unbelievable. I had a black bean soup as well. Exceptional. Coffee also fantastic.
I ate Barbacoa Tacos here and they are 100% authentic Mexican tacos, I have recommended this place to a lot of people.
The only issue is that the place is very small, I went here in a party of 10 people and we had to sit on ledges because there were not enough chairs.

Popped in for a bite during the West End Heritage Tour and had the most delicious torta and some kind of juice they make there, sorry I didn't catch what it was called. My brother enjoyed a couple delicious tacos. The staff were lovely. Definitely want to go back soon.
