Saw this place on TikTok and decided to check it out. Tried the Oreo S’mores Ice Cream Bar. For me it was a little bit too much going on. Flavour was good, just overwhelming sweet. I would likely recommend sharing with someone.
Will definitely return to try the many unique ice cream flavours offered here though 🥰
It was a unique collection of flavors! We had the mint strawberry sandwiches dipped in matcha. The sandwich has a graham cracker crust consistently. It was a great combo and a fun twist on the original ice cream sandwich.
It's not a creamy ice cream, so it holds its shape and doesn't drip/make a mess.
While strolling through Yaletown, we noticed a long line at this shop and were curious about what it was. When we discovered it was an ice cream shop, we joined the line and now we’ve been back two more times. There’s usually a line, even at closing time, but it’s absolutely worth the wait. You definitely need to try one of their ice cream concoctions. We’ve tried their crème brûlée cup, strawberry mint and bananas foster ice cream sandwiches, and Nanaimo ice cream bar flavours, but they have so many more unique ones that they rotate.
If you are looking for an ice cream packed full of flavor and cream, visit this place! We came here after dinner, and it was such a wrong idea since their typical serving is enough to fill half of your stomach. It is that dense!
I honestly really like this place! I feel like they're known for their creme brulee ice cream and ice cream sandwich, so if you opt for the other flavors that might be why this place doesn't have high ratings?
The creme brulee tastes just like the dessert and they even sprinkle icing sugar and torch it. The ice cream sandwich is in between two Oreo crusts and its also torched on the sides. Super delicious!
There is no indoor seating due to covid so you have to wait in line as there is also only 6 people max inside.
BEST ICE CREAM I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE.
I got the strawberry crème brûlée ice cream because the lady in front of me ordered it and I thought it looked interesting. The whole process of making the ice cream and looking at the staff put nitrogen and mixing it was an experience! It was like paying for a mini performance.
I’ve previously eaten at stores offering nitrogen ice cream and found nothing special with the taste. Mister, however, takes ice cream to a whole new level. IT WAS SO DAMN SMOOTH, I wanted seconds but didn’t get it because the line-up was too long.
If you’re an ice cream fanatic or a tourist visiting Vancouver, you have to check out Mister.
Takes a bit of time, but the precision and detail given to your order, down to the torching of your ice cream so the top is properly 'bruleed' is well worth the line. Highly recommend the Earl Grey and Creme Brulee flavours. Creamy and flavourful with a little crunch and caramelized top!
Very highly recommended! We ordered creme brûlée ice cream sandwich which is my favorite! So smooth and tasty💯 match ice cream sandwich, double Oreo ice cream and s’more ice cream bar are also good!
