Nomad Restaurant - Vancouver - Photo album

The atmosphere here is awesome. My friend and I had a lot to talk about just looking around at the decor and layout. The waitress was great as well, I enjoy how they take the time to thoroughly explain each dish. It feels personal that way. I hated olives before this but they convinced me otherwise
Very nice open space. We liked our wine and burgers. Unfortunately they weren’t serving dinner yet, but they did do a nice burger for us. Maybe next time we will stop for dinner.
This place was a classy and casual place in the busy, but dead after 8 pm Mount Pleasant. They serve interesting recipes and great cocktails. I highly recommend the Happy Hour which starts at 10 pm till 1 AM where they have a simple selection of eats and cocktails for cheap!
Came here for my friend's birthday and so glad we did! We were a group of 10 and had a table upstairs right next to the kitchen. On our way in, the kitchen looked clean and the dishes they were bringing out smelled delicious! As we sat down, we were greeted with a smile and drinks came out quick! As
Went here for a special beer - food pairing event. The beer cocktails were fantastic. The house made bread appetizer was delicious as was the fish course. The pork tenderloin with smoked glazed was cooked perfectly. The chocolate cake dessert paired with the final cocktail was the star of the event.
Everything looked good on their brunch menu!! I will need to go back and try other items :) The biscuits were only ok though.. I wanted to try because it sounds like it's their most popular item as the menu says it's $9 or until supplies last... I feel like I was tricked into getting it a little bi
Still our top favourite and most amazing restaurant! The food is not just local and exquisite, but it is priced better than some of the super high end places like an Anchora or Hawksworth. And the taste is better too! And cool hipster atmosphere, decor, and super friendly service :) this place has g
Excellent drink selection I recommend the Rusty Nail Brunch menu is very good. Recommend making reservations as can get quite busy. Seats at the bar cannot be reserved ... so even if the tables are all booked there's usually seating at the bar
The food was amazing, fresh, full of flavor but timing was off from the minute we walked in and the service was off. This was the first time we have given a 10% tip in a long time. We arrived 10mins early for our 8pm reservation. The hostess was abrupt in telling us our table wasnt ready as ppl were
Overall pretty impressed with taste and quality of the food at Nomad. We had the fries w/ bourbon aioli & sunchock "wings" to start - highly recommend the "wings". For our main we had the salted cod with polenta; wild mushroom stroganoff; poached wild salmon and the pork rillette. I would recommend
Great brunch menu, nice decor, friendly servers! Tried the Duck Egg Benedict with Potato Rosti (instead of the English muffin). Delicious! Kale & Onions on the side were very flavourful. Also tried their house brewed kombucha, very nice. Will come again to try dinner!
Great service and ambience. Brunch is solid - great value and portion sizes. Had the pork ciabatta the other day and it was spectacular; break that egg yolk over the meat and enjoy!
I love Nomad for the aesthetic appeal. Its new age with a wall full of windows (open in the summer) and concrete floors. It gives a great vantage for people watching. There were a few little things that bothered me like the chairs not all matching, but overall its an aesthetically pleasing and beaut
My favorite brunch place in Vancouver! The Breakfast Burger and Caesar (only $6 on Sundays!!) are my go to. That truffled scrambled eggs and picked red onion, Mmm it really compliments the whole burger! But that pattie and brioche bun though. I'm not a bread fan but I could eat their brioche bun all
Everything about this place was welcoming: staff, atmosphere and oh the food. Absolutely divine. Had the duck Benny. Do not miss out.
The Kennebec connection was legit. House made ketchup? I dunno. Tastes like Heinz 57. But good drinks and good staff make this a repeat offender. Come late, avoid the crowds
Great decor and ambience. Appetizers were great. Presentation was excellent. Had the purées cod entree and it felt more like an appetizer soup. Cocktail was quite disappointing.
