Fabulous food ! The owner served us and is so passionate. It's nice to see a start up. I had a chicken schnitzel sandwich, my wife had eggs with greens and we devoured it. excellent coffee and charming decor I suggest trying this place instead of "the village" for your Sunday brunch.

This place is a real gem. Bright, warm, and welcoming with friendly staff and delicious food! The French Onion Soup is out of this world and the coffee and treats never disappoint. I have visited several times and always had a wonderful experience, whether enjoying a quiet breakfast alone, coffee with friends, or lunch with my husband and our children. My kids love it here, too! Also, huge shoutout to the gorgeous pink cabinet!

I am one of the three owners of this sweet little spot. It is a major labour of love, and one that we are all very proud of. We have, and will make, mistakes on this journey, but being humble, hard-working service industry professionals will always strive to right any wrongs that a paying customer has suffered through oversight, busy-ness, or god forbid, a lack of courtesy. I have owned another restaurant for three years now, and have observed that a very small amount of the community uses reviewing platforms to take revenge on a business for what felt like a slight to them. I hope that every intelligent reader reads these reviews with this knowledge. Every complaint that has come to our attention has been addressed, we assume full responsibility for our mistakes, and always try very actively to graciously make up for them. Sometimes this isn't enough for some people. In the meantime though, we are proud of this little spot. We are proud of our service, our room, our food, and most of all our staff, for hearing critiques, learning from them, and working so hard to be better for our customers. Thank you for your kindnesses, and thank you especially, when you see we are trying so very hard, and giving us the space we are asking for to win you back, if ever we might have lost you in the first place.

The five star reviews are dead on - this a hidden gem. Our family, with two littles, was impressed with excellent service and delicious food - we can't wait to go back. (Did I mention my picky 3 year old devoured his muffin!) If you have visited this location in the past - wait until you see how they transformed the space!

When you walk in to Sunday’s Child you are struck by this feeling that you are about to be a part of something. The space is modern and beautiful, yet comfortable and inviting. The little touches are thoughtful and memorable (that pink cabinet 🦄). The aestethic is 🔥. Notice how I didn’t even get to the food? It’s AMAZING. All of the treats are perfection (chocolate cookie, profiterole, almond cookie thingy, and the lemon cake!!!). This isn’t surprising. Susannah - you are a treat genius. And most importantly the FRENCH ONION SOUP. I love it more than I should 😳. Last but not least, the service is 👌. I might be biased, because I love these people. But let’s be honest, you will too. They are kind, passionate, ethical and dedicated professionals. Dear Sunday’s Child, thanks for being 💯

Food, service, and COFFEE are amazing. The heart and hard work that has so clearly gone into Sunday’s Child and the quality of everything they serve is amazing. Check it out weather you’re hoping to have a meal out or a cozy coffee date. This place is perfect!

Had mushroom risotto... Was creamy and so delicious. Also had pancakes with salted caramel and whip cream and an added side of two eggs and bacon! Absolute perfection between sweet and savory. Compliments to the chef!

I had an excellent experience at this establishment. Upon arrival I instructed my house man to bring me the youngest wench in the place to tend to my most ill mannered and cack handed desires. I was politely but firmly informed by the manager that my tenet would not be tolerated and to take a table like everybody else. And the quality of the furniture was divine! Unfortunately the grilled cheese is not dishwasher safe so my hand was forced in to ordering the chicken tartine. It made my taste buds sing like 1000 cheeseburger birds. My only criticism is that after I left I downed two bottles of chateau pontet canet in the middle of the street outside, went to Red barn market and got arrested for trying to steal a bag of grated cheddar. Overall five stars.

Service was a little slow today, but the place was rammed. I received my meal before my partner who had to send hers back as it had dairy. However, this did not impede upon the experience, these things happen, and the food was very tasty. Highly recommended.
