vraiment excellent ! nous avons adoré notre souper ...c,était notre première visite et ce ne sera pas la dernière c,est certain ! encore merci à notre serveur Nelson qui était impeccable et aux musiciens ... et à tout le personnel...soirée mémorable !
Food is phenomenal. Service in general is great too. We had a waiter who speaks better English served us at the beginning. He is very nice and patient in helping us with the menu. Later when we were ready for ordering, he's busy with other tables. It was late, so we decided to ask an waitress to help with ordering. Everything went well except the tipping experience. The POS device gives tipping percentage options from 15% to 25%. My father intended to choose 15% but accidentally chose 25% as we notice the amount was much higher than our expectation. Before confirming the transaction, we wanted to confirm about the tipping percentage and asked the waitress. She said it's 15% and swiftly grabbed the card from my father's hand to tab on the machine herself. It's like she does not want us to find out we made a mistake. Well, what's done is done. I just hope the nice waiter who helped us at the beginning also get part of the tips.
Best sea food buffet in trois-rivières. We travel from montreal to go there and it's worth the trip.
Love the view. They don't rush you to leave. Lots of bugs at night near the ledges but totally worth it. Definitely a great place for a girls night out. No food past 11pm, expect to wait for a table, I think it's worth it. Currently staying in this lovely hotel and I am enjoying this roof immensely! Views are great, drinks are delicious and the staff are wonderful!
We feasted on lobster, crab legs, salmon, mussels, escargots2 & the list goes on. The food was great. The buffet was always full every time we went for a refill. They had a great wine list. The variety of desert was delicious. Service was excellent, staff very professional. We had a great experience with food & service. Will definitely go back.
Great food in buffet and affordable price
Had the all you can eat sea food... was really good. One thing thought, if the lobster is not in season, they do have some but don't bother, it small and taste nothing.
I’m a super picky eater and I decided to get something i wouldn’t normally get... Got the sweet breads, and the grilled salmon and they were the best meals I’ve ever eaten hands down!! So glad I came here. Will definitely come back!
We had a fantastic Royal set menu for two. Excellent seafood, dessert and service. Highly recommend.
