Took my mom to Cloverdale Mall last weekend for a haircut and shopping. First time at the mall. Was surprised a lot of seniors at the mall. We had such a great experience with FI’Hair Salon, Northern Reflection and Zacks. All have great customer service, engaged, patient and helpful. You could tell they’re used to serving senior customers. My mom had a great time!

A quiet mall, like most malls nowadays,a lot of stores are lost because there is no foot traffic, thus no business. There are anchor stores like Winners, Rexall and Metro to keep the mall opened. The food court has dwindled to a handful of restaurants. Other than that, the mall is clean and easily navigated.

It’s not a huge mall. There are only few fast food outlets. The area is clean though.

Disappointed this mall is closing down. It's definitely a small mall but it's a goody. They always have a great Santa for pictures at Christmas time. They even have a cute Easter Bunny for pictures. Lines aren't long. There are quality anchor stores like Metro, Winners, LCBO. Food court is decent with an A&W and the obligatory Chinese food. Dollar store, Bell Store, Home Hardware (we go to Home Hardware a LOT)... GREAT stop for kids toys and activities. Lots of great quality stuff at great prices. When this home hardware closes, I don't think there will be an alternative for me. Anyway, I appreciate Cloverdale Mall. I hope the condos they will probably put up on that land are pretty 😕

Cloverdale shops has many attentive staff - like shopping in a small town, so friendly and polite without going overboard.. well priced items that you’d find overpriced in other malls; not the common venues, but more unique venues. I dont live close by but I will return.

This mall is very senior friendly. It is small enough to find what you need especially if you are wanting to shop at Winners. They have a Service Ontario kiosk which is so convenient as you can shop while you wait for friend to renew driver's license or health care.

The home and hardware was exceptional!!! Almost everything is on sale. So is the Sunrise Record! Their service is excellent! They take call reservations. The shoe club is fabulous. The salesperson was highly attentive, patient, and helpful. Will definitely visit again!
