Loved my recent visit to Positano. Loved the ambience. It’s a cozy place to have a great meal. Since, it was raining we couldn’t sit outside but it wasn’t an issue for us.
The service was quick. We loved the food and drinks.
They told that they bake their bread in their kitchen. It was fresh and soft and we loved the butter too.
Thank you Positano for a nice evening.
The menu offered a wide variety of authentic Italian dishes, each one made with the freshest ingredients and expertly prepared. We started off with mussels and clams in a white wine sauce and grilled calamari. Both cooked perfectly and bursting with flavor.
Main courses included Pizza, Pasta alla Gricia, Lemon Bisque Shrimp spaghetti and Branzino. I’d love to say something negative here, but it’s impossible. These dishes were just outstanding. The branzino on another level of freshness and perfect preparation.
To finish off the meal, we had the tiramisu. It was light and fluffy, with just the right amount of sweetness and a hint of coffee.
I would highly recommend Positano Restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Italian dining experience in Toronto. The food, atmosphere, and service were all exceptional and I can't wait to go back!
Came here for the first time for my birthday! Location, atmosphere, service & THE FOOD... ALL so excellent! The gnocchi was delicious, tasted like when I was in Italy! 10/10 for me
Great restaurant. Very friendly with a great vibe. The food is delicious and diverse. I bet it was the best pizza I've had in Toronto. The tiramisu was pure Italian. The staff is super friendly and professional. I will definitely come back and recommend
We had brunch at the Positano Restaurant last weekend. The atmosphere was very inviting. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. My favorite was the granola yogurt parfait. Housemade granola and mixed berry compote with balkan yogurt and fresh fruits. Yummy! Make sure to try:)
Amazing food and atmosphere with excellent staff - Branzino, Pizza and short ribs are my favourites. Cheesecake and tiramisu are wonderful.
They started serving breakfast / brunch on weekends with a wide selection. We had the best menemen and pide, best quality, definetely will be a regular for weekends - highly reccomend
This was our second time here and we were not disappointed. Not only is the food absolutely delicious, the staff are wonderful. They go above and beyond to make celebrations truly special (anniversary and birthday). We have tried many Italian restaurants in Toronto and this is now my favourite. We will definitely be back. Thank you.
Had dinner on their Cafe TO patio last week and was really pleased with the experience. Food was delicious, portions were fair, prices were fair for what you get. Service was impeccable, both the staff and the owner are kind, helpful and very friendly. Such a great spot and I look forward to dining here again in the future.
There were 3 of us, we each got a main and split two appetizers. It was the perfect amount of food. The Medaglioni, Risotto and the daily special (seafood pasta) were all absolutely wonderful.
Came here for early dinner with a few friends who has tried and liked the food. The place wasn't too busy and the staff was nice. We ordered the squid for appetizer and three pasta dishes: the ragu which was their special of the day, the ravioli with walnuts, and the butternut squash pasta.
1) Squid
The squid had a nice grilled flavour and paired well with their house vinaigrette.
5/5
2) Pasta
I really liked the ravioli dish out of all the three. The pasta was cooked well and we finished our own dishes. The only thing I would say is that I didn't taste the butternut squash as much on the dish.
4/5
