Pretty cool bar way better than hard luck bar place is a bit small, dude selling alcohol here at the bartender area, plenty of tables and seats. Overall a pretty cool.place for bands.to play here its pretty cool to come here

Good spot to check out some good indie acts, especially local ones. Drink selection isn't terrible. The sound system holds up decently well for the space. The only issue I have is that it seems like there is now capacity limit and it does get very very crowded to the point it may be difficult to get around so be aware.

This is a great music venue for all types of genres of music. Generally i have been for Electronic music event and the general admission area (the floor) has great viewing from all areas. The drinks are reasonably priced, fast and friendly service. The door staff is always friendly I will be back here soon.

Cool spot. Not a dive but definitely cozy. Go there for the live music and stay for the drinks

Open concept, upstairs in main room with a lounge-like feel to the downstairs. The metal concert I saw there was pretty good, though I found the ladies room to be rather cramped and confined. Not a bad place to go out and have a few beers.

To be honest, I only dropped by because a web friend of mine was performing there, and thus, my hopes were not all that high since I had zero expectations. However, this place really surprised me: it is one of the most flavorful places I've ever seen in Toronto. Period. It's definitely worth checking out whenever you are near, and they are open.

Much improved venue. Excellent sound and excellent bookings. Drinks are good for a music bar, but a little limited for a progressive modern bar they want to be. I am guessing they are on their way to five stars.

First time going their it was okay. small pub style bar basement type of feel. It's pretty small. They dont serve any food just alcohol. But it was a nice chill spot.

Small little cozy dive thing that serves as an intimate venue for concerts. I've seen a friend's friend play his first show here. Good vibes, beer selection is not very expansive however.

Came here for the first time December 8th, 2017 to see Vundabar. The place is great for live shows. Good ol'Toronto crowd. Normal priced beer. Few seats and tables with Bar area. Small venue but charming and well known. No issue getting in or paying for admission to the show. Very personal musical experiences happen here! Good times guaranteed!
