Everyone needs to have a favourite pho place in each municipal. Kim Po is my new Scarborough pho go-to (Pho 88 is only for mung). This hidden little gem across from the chaotic Pacific Mall serves excellent beef with their noodles. The beef I had in the 3 visits have been perfectly marbled that it is tender but not too fat. The broth or soup is however a little bit on the lighter side but I imagine that it's healthier with less sodium? Ken Sinn taught me to ask for the raw beef on the side so that they won't get overcooked in the hot soup. I'm going to start doing that every time now! Big difference with rawer raw beef!

The service is average but quick. Though one surprise is how clean this place is. I've never seen any table condiments containers so clean anywhere. My germophobic mom couldn't stop touching them.

One of the best Pho I've tried in town. Really delicious! Reasonable price! Staff took our order even though it was past time. Will come back again for sure.

A friend of mine said this was good ( was on the fence since he didn't have good eating taste). Surprised! It was really good. The chicken lemongrass on rice was quite tasty , even if it was smaller than I thought, the flavour filled me up and the soup was quite good.
Definitely a Hidden Gem at the back of the plaza and go train. I wonder if the Richmond hill branch is as good.
