The green smoothie is ny favourite item on the menu. Super generous sizes, and absolutely delicious smoothies! Can't beat how fresh they are.
Nice little spot for smoothies! The guy working (believe he was the owner) was so kind and wanted to ensure we were happy with our order. The vegan pineapple with added mango and banana was refreshing and perfect for a hot day (love that there was a vegan option, can also make your own if you have any restrictions).
Friend also got the chocolate monkey and added peanut butter and banana (but she said it was a little light/watery and wanted it creamier) Price was great, $10 for two 20oz smoothies! Will come back anytime I’m strolling by.

The best and most affordable juices and smoothies in the hood. The protein bars slap too. Little on the go snack. Always makes my day!

Best smoothies in the neighbourhood! Very affordable, delicious and made with love! The reese's tastes just like dessert with little chewy pieces of date in it and the green smoothie is yummy as well. I am so happy to have found this place!

If you’ve never paid a visit to The Nutrition Bar on Isabella right off Yonge St, then now is the time. Not only are there plenty of refreshing and nutritious smoothies, now there are soups!! And they are best soups around. I just bought The Vegan Bean which I just ate. Absolutely delicious!! And the Pulled Chicken with ginger. They are spiced perfectly and SO delicious with that homemade taste. Also on the soup menu is Split Pea which I will try next time. The soups come hot and served with such friendliness and warmth. I love The Nutrition Bar and I highly recommend stopping by and giving this place a try. The weather is cold and there is no better taste than homemade nutritious soups made from scratch. Nothing better.
My favourite smoothie spot in Toronto, hands down. It’s refreshingly wholesome, the owner Brian is so kind, down to earth and knowledgeable. It’s a real staple to the community, always having fruits & veg in the front as a pay it forward. The smoothies themselves are exactly what I need, everytime.. and not overcomplicated (unless you want it to be with a plethora of ingredients to choose from) they’re simply delicious. There aren’t a lot of spots in Toronto where I keep coming back, but I’ve admittedly become a regular at this spot. Nutrition bar should lead as an example to all other businesses in Toronto on how to maintain true integrity and love in what they do ❤️
This place is pure treasure. Hidden on a little block off of Yonge st. Owner is friendly, and drinks are awesome. First time today, but will definitely visit more often
Tried it today for the first time, I ordered a Mya Papaya protein shake and it was excellent. I'd love to try the other shakes as well :)
