For a gal like me with little time to cook yet still enjoys healthy eating, I found these hearty and organic soups to work wonderfully! I LITERALLY placed water in a pot, and dumped all the contents of the jar.... I let it cook on its own and voila! I had soup for the entire week!! The quantity of soup you get was surprising, but the taste was also very good, and it can't get easier than this! Also, the owners are fantastic people! I would highly recommend the product, and am more than happy to continue supporting small businesses!

Have you tried this?????? I highly recommend...this is amazing the veggie powders for soups or smoothies that boost the healthy factor ten fold.......try....they are at Crystal Beach market in crystal chandelier parking lot every other week....Aug 20 next time in crystal beach but can go to their web site and order there also
