Good coffee including espresso drinks. Tasty light fare, including a great selection of treats. Nice small patio, with rings to tie your dog to! Licensed and serves wine and beer. Owners are charming. I say give up the chains and support local business, especially when it's this good.
Good coffee. Friendly staff. Nice place to sit and have a glass of wine or a beer. Food is tasty. Prices are low when compared to the quality. Nice selection of art on the wall, most of which is for sale at exceptionally good prices.
We discovered this place while waiting for an appointment at Michael Garron Hospital and always drop by when in the neighborhood. It is a cheerful place, simple, bare but quiet (during the day). Art work always hangs on the wall, all of it for sale. The pieces are always fun, interesting, sometim
Great neighbourhood café with many tasty treats either if you wish unique sweets, or sandwiches, soups, quiches, or special of the day. Good cheerful, effective service delivered consistently.
Went for breakfast. The friendly staff greeted me with a warm and sincere, "good morning". Service was quick, the food and coffee were of high quality at a fair price, and the atmosphere was cozy. I left satisfied and will certainly return!
Starbucks down the street was too busy so I decided to drop by and see if it was a suitable place to study. Incredibly welcoming and cozy environment with a super smooth dark roast. Highly recommend
Love this little cafe! The service is excellent and the coffee is perfectly brewed each time. Lunch here is fantastic with a good selection of sandwiches
The Last Drop Cafe was a oasis during our stay t Toronto East General. Having our twins in the hospital for a week meant spending a lot of time in the area and Last Drop was an extremely welcome respite from the monotony of the hospital's Tim Hortons and Subway. Home made sandwiches, pastries and co
This is a charming cafe with really fun staff. The food is exceptional - especially the quiche. The coffee is always fresh as are the delicious baked goods.
I love the nanaimo bars here! Also a great place to have a pint or quick snack. Friendly staff and convenient location right by Michael Garron Hospital (Formerly Toronto East General).
Cute and cosy little joint with two wonderful ladies working the back. Delicious fresh sandwhich, cold beer and a tasty treat to finish off the meal. Highly recommend!
Decent, freshly baked goods. It's open nice and early for those who need it. The coffee is fresh, if not the most delicious in the world.
My favourite little coffee place in East York. coffee and sandwiches are delicious. Not a ton of seating but is usually pretty quiet during the day.
Cozy, with a feeling of home. Many customers know each other, popular with the neighborhood. Comfort food and good quality coffee.
Always friendly. Always tasty food. Soups, sandwiches (made to order), desserts, hot and cold beverages, alcohol. Delicious!
Really pleasant staff. Serves excellent coffee and sandwiches. Patio and wine with a local feel
A great place to get good coffee and food (and maybe a quick beer) when visiting the hospital--and probably other times too!
Great staff and delicious coffee and food. I recommend the gluten-free macaroons!
Nice place to go for coffee and/or a snack (or even lunch). Wonderful, friendly service with an outdoor patio.
