This is an Absolutely lovely little bakery on Parliament just south of Wellesley with a full range of products: Pies, Tarts, Croissants, and more where the attached pictures do better justice than words. The almond croissant is particularly delicious!

Little bakery in Cabbagetown serving a mix of Sri Lankan and western-style goodies. The sweet items are generally western while the savoury ones are from the owners' native Sri Lanka. I found the place to be busy on a weekend, the owners were friendly/efficient and the savoury rotis (thick chewy flatbread filled with vegetable/meat curries) excellent. Only suggestion would be to keep all of their baked goods under glass or wire mesh to prevent flies from landing!

I just passed by and dropped in this small bakery. They have great pastries as well as the traditional vegetable-filled bread. I recommend the cream cheese pastry over all other kinds of pastries.

Referring to the newest Danforth location: wonderful pastries. My fave is the croissants. Cannot decide whether the almond or chocolate is best. A denser, yet still flaky buttery texture, just the right amount of filling and not over the top sweet like most bakeries in the area.
