One of the best Ramen places! I have been here so many times that I almost know their menu by heart. They have a lot of vegetarian options available which makes me even more happy! The staffs are very friendly and quick in service.
I have had almost all their veggie options 😜! In appetizers I am a huge fan of their Agedasi Tofu which has a vegetarian version. The fried tofu goes well with their sweet and savoury sauce and melts in your mouth😋. In Ramens, I have tasted their Creamy Vegetarian Ramen (Non spicy version of Ramen) , Supporo Miso Ramen (Classic Miso Ramen), Yakisoba (Stir Fried Ramen) and Netsu Ramen ( Spicyyy Ramen and my favourite of all). Meat can be added to all these and there are even more meat based ramens.
Overall it is a must try place for all Ramen lovers!
Limited But Flavourful:
Start with a small array of ramen and factor in my shrimp allergy..... my options diminish quickly. On the plus side however, the noodles are thick and plenty, the meat soaks up the soup really well, and the vegetables seem fresh. The roasted pork is really soft with a slighty crisp exterior small and makes every bowl a treat ( The slices seem small but maybe that's a personal gripe because I cant stop myself from having it all in the beginning). The flavours of the broth itself are great (especially their spicier options). They pack a punch without overwhelming the rest of the ingredients. I can't attest to the authenticity of the cuisine but it's flavourful and take out is done in a neat fashion.
I think this is the 4th ramen spot I've tried in Toronto and it is easily the best. Try the king shoyu ramen and get it spicy. I usually can't finish the bowl but I easily polished this one off. Great hangover food.
Delicious Ramen Selection. The selection of ramen at Kenzo is pretty amazing. So many different types of broths with a variety of toppings available. It's a great shoutout to the different cuisines you can find in Japan.
I'm a sucker for the Champon noodles of Nagasaki, thicker and firmer than the regular noodles, it went well with the variety of seafood mixed into the broth. Although it was a bit messy to peel the shrimp and shellfish, plucking them out of the broth. Kenzo is also a great options for vegetarians, offering a vegetable-based broth that is far from the pork-based tradition, but not sacrificing any of the salty, savoury flavour.
This small restaurant was a great find for lunch, not too buys, but with a great assortment of hot soup bowls to warm you up on a cold day. I'd stop by any one of Kenzo's franchises the next time I'm in Toronto.
Wonderful for the winters! Kenzo ramen is absolutely perfect for Canadian cold winters because it warms your body. Tonkotsu Ramen is my favourite ramen. The male staff who severed me was very kind.
Great Miso Base!!!. Delicious noodles especially the Sapporo Miso Ra-men. Fresh veggies and delicious chicken. My first time here but will definitely be coming back!

A very warming, contemporary atmosphere with exceptional service. The ramen broth is quite tasty despite the small portions of meat. Overall, it was a great experience...try it out for yourself!
Tasty but somewhat salty. Flavourful ramen, although not enough meat/protein in each bowl. Gyoza meets expectations. Prices are just a touch high for the amount of protein in each bowl. Sometimes the stock can be a bit too salty for my taste. However, the ramen usually are still good, my favourite is the Hakkai style ramen, usually not as salty.
Ramen!. What can I say, excellent, well-flavored ramen, just what I wanted and made to perfection; don't go for the fried noodles or the other dishes, this is a ramen house, soup noodles all the way - you won't be disappointed. Won't say they were exactly the same as in Japan, but not too far off!
I like Kenzo and I am looking forward to going back and trying their other ramen. I would definitely order the gyoza again and possibly get extra meat on the side to balance out all the noodles.
