Latte almost too pretty to drink!

I am long due to write a review for M square..
I am a coffee connoisseur and love trying coffees at different places I visit, may it be around the city or across countries..
Within Toronto downtown, I must say, M square is my favorite..
Its doesnt have one of the biggest sit out areas and neither has anything natural light(it being underground), but still has a lovely ambience and decent place to sit..I especially, like sitting at their coffee bar counter! It gives a good view of the coffees in making..
Over past many occasions, I have tried all their coffees.. Milk based/Black/Drip/Clever.. Personally being a fan of milk based drinks, I enjoy their milk ones more.. For someone who likes a strong cuppa milk coffee, they make balanced Cortados.. for 8oz category, I like Flat white over Cappuccino which the baristas just make amazingly well.. as opposed to other cafes wherein, the milk steaming needed for flat white isnt appropriate most times, I have got perfect Flat Whites with a silky uniform texture all till the end..
When Baristas can make Flat whites and Cortados just perfect, you cant expect them go wrong with Cappuccinos and Lattes! The baristas have good knowledge about the coffees and it makes an interesting conversation..
I fancy trying out different coffee flavors from Three different roasters they house & its amazing how a particular coffee bean taste better with particular coffee drink..
I enjoy M square for the overall coffee experience.. each time and every drink!
