very good quality food. best in gta for buffet. should make reservations if going on weekends.....they get extremely busy. All dishes have different flavors.
Went last night and had a great time. Somewhat raucous atmosphere. The buffet has a wide selection and nearly everything was delicious. The kitchen keeps the buffet well-stocked, too - no empty chafing dishes. And at $14/adult ($2 for children under 3) for a weekend dinner, the value is amazing.
BEST BETS: Chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, various paneer dishes
SKIP: Tandoori chicken
NOTE: The building has no frontage on Woodbine Downs Blvd. It's in a parking lot *behind* the building marked as #25 from the street. You have to drive around.
A very good place for all you can eat and that too at a good budget friendly rate with a wide variety in vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian indian food. Quality of food is also nice and fresh. A highly recommended place.
Lunch buffet is just $10 ($10.99 on weekends) and dinner is $12 ($12.99 on weekends) so the value is simply unbeatable. But not if the food isn't good but that's not a problem! The food is outstanding!!!
It's a fairly wide assortment of your usual Indian favorites, and always fresh in my experience. And most importantly, delicious!
Desi Spice has become my new go-to Indian place. I very highly recommend it!
