Formerly known as One Pizza, True True is a pizzeria in the St. Lawrence area specializing in individual-sized artisanal pizzas made with locally-sourced ingredients and baked before your very eyes. They kept the essence of their former identity with the same core ingredients that let you be as creative as you like but for those who are frequently paralyzed by choice, there are pre-selected pizza creations on the menu.
The room has a diner feel, almost like an Art Deco cafeteria. A great spot for a first date or a fun meal with the family. The pizzas are rustic, contrasting the decor. This spot is lisenced, serving a small, heartfully selected wine and beer list. Ready in a few minutes, True True pizzas are relatively healthy: dough, tomato sauce, vegetables, protein.
