Thompson Diner - Toronto - Photo album

Food - Tastes great and, it’s reasonably priced for the fact you get a show as well, no complaints. I was however, EXTREMELY disappointed in the amount of Tofu that came with a $7.50 side order. Service - Servers and Chefs were very friendly and accommodating, they forgot our rice but were quick to
Had the summerlicious menu and honestly with me you can never go wrong with hibachi because its just fun to watch. In terms of the food, salmon steak was beautifully done and so was the veggies. Green tea cheesecake was good but nothing spectacular for those who are curious to try.
I Went Here To Meet Some College Friends From 4 Years Ago And We Booked A Hibachi Grill. The Chef Was Very Great At Cooking The Veggies Followed By The Fried Rice We Did Try The Crystal Head Which I Only Did One Shot And We Did Get Some Waters After And The Chef Was Already Finish Off With The Steak
The food was quite good and forgot to even take pictures of it. I definitely recommend the Chef’s plate with sirloin steak, shrimp & chicken. Also opted for a $5.5 of noodles instead of rice with my meal. The chef was also very entertaining even though it got very loud with all the utensils clanking
I never expected to eat at a place this but it was a surprisingly fun experience. Having your food cooked in front of you will never be boring. This place is very popular with kids as when I went, all the tables were filled with families and children. The fried rice, veggies, and filet mignon were
For a first time it was good. Kind of wish the portion sizes were bigger for what you paid for. Our chef did some tricks, but nothing I would wrote home about.
I love this place (their food and sushi’s are number one) couple things that made me this review was. The portions of their avocado salad! I paid $8 for the salad, to only receive 4 pieces of avocado and couple pieces of lettuce! Mind you i didn’t even get a dressing!! I was starving and i was so ex
Awesome place for a celebration (not so much if you’re sensitive to noise) - food is surprisingly good. Went here for tepanyaki with a party of 8 (3 adults 5 kiddos). I’ve been to enough tepanyakis to know that I’m coming in primarily for the entertainment/experience and not the quality of food.
We all had a great time, they are on time though. So I recommend to arrived early. They start with appetizers and 15-20mins it's all out and ready to be served.. after the main course(the most awaited event) 😁Our server is friendly and kind,. She explained to us about the sitting arrangements, But t
Decided to check this place out on a whim & ended up very impressed! Regular & spicy miso soup both were great! Beef gyōza was cripsy and delicious. For teppanyaki we went with chicken, 2 steak cuts (strip and tenderloin) ; all fantastic quality and the tenderloin was so buttery I finished it almos
First time dining at this restaurant with my family. I loved the atmosphere and the food was so good.
