It is a very nice and cozy small coffee. Menu is good, prices are reasonable and everyone is so polite. It is more local than going to a Starbucks vs..
I really enjoyed the London Fog. It was perfectly done. The ambience is nice here and the staff are friendly. My friends have told me the coffee is great here as well.
Converted!. If I had my way, I would carry around a french press, hand grinder, and freshly roasted 100% Kona beans to get my regular coffee fix. Unfortunately (or fortunately), I haven't hit that stage of obsession.
I've been an avid Starbucks coffee drinker for the past decade, but only because the other chains are inconsistent with their coffees or much less palatable.
Well, when this place opened up near me, I was skeptical. I figured it was just another hipster coffee shop trying to cash in with the latest trend of indie shops. So I ignored them for a few months.
Finally, my friend dragged me there for lunch and I've been hooked ever since. Their food is simple and light. Their snacks are sinfully delighftul. But best of all, their coffee rocks! They grind and press the coffee for you on the spot. By far the best coffee in the area!
Also have to give big kudos to the barista for her latte art. Don't normally get espresso based drinks as I like to reward myself at home with my own shots, but went for it as I had just finished a cup of coffee. Was very impressed with her skill. Unexpected for sure.
The owners are absolutely friendly and the place is beautiful. Even the washroom was nice!
I've now stopped going to my local Starbucks and replaced it with Rachel's! Sorry cute filrty barista. Enjoyed our coffee affair, but I'm now cheating on you with Rachel. ;)
