Fabulous restaurant with a great ambiance. We were seated on a high top because we walked in without a reservation. Expect the place to be pretty packed on weekend dinners.
They have an open kitchen so it smells amazing as the cooks do their thing and it’s visually appealing as the food is being prepared. No loud music but only through people chattering does the room get filled with busyness.
Their strength seems to be on the seafood side of things and they do a real good job at it.
All in all, will be coming back for more delicious food.
The Wiener Schnitzel was soo delicious! I highly recommend it. My only complaint was the service. There moments were our table was without any water. The restaurant was very packed and that oversight is understandable. Also, my friend and informed the server about her peanut allergy and was assured that there wasn’t any peanuts in the dish. However, she started to develop a reaction, so there must have been some cross-contamination.
Great atmosphere and service. Tuna tar-tar was amazing! Seafood pasta wasn’t that great, because of mussels that didn’t taste fresh. Shrimps in the pasta were grilled perfectly though. Overall, good experience.
Tasty food, great service and nice atmosphere. Great cocktails and the crackling Cornish hen was amazing! There is a nice little patio, but also lots of distanced seating indoors including seating with views of the kitchen where you can watch the staff working hard to prepare your meal.
Great food with a nice little patio that's now open for reservations. The patio area isn't huge, so table space is fairly limited, but they did expand and add a few tables to the side of the building outside. Food and service were excellent, and prices aren't bad. Fairly large menu with a good amount of choices to select from. Reservations were limited, but that's to be expected since things have just reopened so everyone is trying to get a table right now.
We had eggs benedict and pancakes (brunch menu) and the chef's special schnitzel (not sure of this is the correct spelling). It was great. The staff were also pretty attentive, which was much appreciated. Well done.
We have dined at this establishment many many times over the years and have yet to experience anything other than fine food, fine service and pleasant ambiance. The food is scrumptious. Our son, who once worked in the kitchen here holds Herbert, the chef/owner in high regard. Michelle, his wife, who is also the maitre d’ always comes by our table to make sure everything is alright. As we live in the neighborhood, we frequently go there for special occasions the most recent being Mother’s Day. They never disappoint. Prices are consistent with the quality. This is fine dining in a local neighborhood restaurant. Try it!! You’ll like it!!

Great food always and great staff. My husband loves going whenever we have family dinners with my mom and siblings. He loves the braided short ribs. I have tried a lot from their menu including their fish and chips and their pastas.
