Tonight around 10:38pm, I ordered 2 turkey bacon clubs with no tomato at the drive-thru. When I got home an hour later to eat, neither club had any turkey.. They're just bacon, lettuce, and mayo. I don't have my own ride and the Tim's location didn't provide me with a receipt.
I probably should have checked in the car, but Tim's is usually on the ball for this stuff.
Edit: the link in the reply below didn't work for me, it just led me to the app. I went back to the store today to explain that the turkey was forgotten and they kindly made me two new sandwiches without a fuss, although they were out of lettuce at the time, but it wasn't a huge deal. I'm glad how quickly it was handled.
Had not been to a Tim Hortons since they closed in Minnesota. Even so, this was a much better experience with plenty of food and donut options every day!

Was today in this place for the first time, the stuff are AMAZING! Supper friendly and working by instructions. I ordered farmer's breakfast sausage , and it was hot ,fresh and delicious!
The reason I am giving this place 4* because it took a lot of time in the driveway for a fast food place. And the kitchen was dirty (see attached photos) but I don't blame the stuff they are under stuffed.
Service was good friendly I'll let you know if it kills me 2 weeks.
Tim's coffee is nasty stuff, very rarely drink it. leave you with atrocious breath as well. But as far as this location, its a high volume quick location. Everything I've ordered has care extremely fast and right. no complaints.
Excellent customer service with no delay. Your order will be ready in 2 min after placing order. Try french vanilla its my favourite and you would like it also.
