First time here when we stayed in Thunder Bay for one night. It was a good experience. We could choose the ingredients by ourselves and the kid’s price was very reasonable, 7.99 all you can eat. You can choose as many as you want as long as it does not overflow the bowl. It also has all you can eat option. Like this place.
I am a stir fry guy. There is no conceivable way that I could give Mongo’s Grill a rating under 5 stars. The server could spit on me and call me names and I would still rate the maximum amount of stars.

I enjoy the process of building my meal, then watching as the cooks maneuver around the big grill frying up multiple stir fry at the same time, tossing eggs around and having a good time.
They will make your stir fry into a wrap or provide you with other additional options like egg or rice.

The art of stacking your meal, and then watching it being cooked. I make sure I wash my hands before going up so I can press down on it lol first the veggies then the meat usually chicken then pasta. Sauces I like is quite a bit of garlic and satay sauce I add I scoop of sesame oil they cook it with an egg I add nuts and sesame seeds to it. The best and the staff are great.
I forgot how much I like this place. We had the sweetest server. You have the choice to make your meal as healthy or in healthy add you want. The cooks entertained. The manager was in there working as hard as all the others. They worked well together. Just a great experience all around. Then of to Cambrian to watch their latest production.
Very good, I love the buffet style making of the stir fry and trying to fit everything into a singular bowl for the bill. I got mine so tall
