Went here on a Sunday, they were EXTREMELY short staffed. Given that it was a Sunday after the thunderstorm, they were probably busier than they expected. They had lots of dine in guests as well as lots of takeout orders because people were out of electricity in the neighborhood.

The staff of this breakfast restaurant is simply amazing. Super friendly and food is served with a smile. Anything wrong with your order and they are quick to fix no question asked. Explained that we had a family funeral to attend when we were approached 15 minutes after we arrived. 15 minutes later we were told our food would be ready in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later we found out that our order hadn't even been started.
