I brought protein powder on my trip to Cape Breton, but I forgot my Vitamix.
I was pleased to see this place made a variety of protein shakes and smoothies, so I started coming here for breakfast.
I've tried a few of the protein shakes and they are great. They can customise for you - hold the OJ, add almond butter, extra pickles, etc.
Another delight I found here was the Armor Blend Coffee. If you've heard or Bulletproof Coffee, this is similar (but better). Their spin on the MCT oil infused coffee is to add almond butter in the blender. It's gives a great consistency and taste.
I filled up my loyalty card in 3 days coming here!
I also picked up a pack of men's multi vitamins (there's a store section in the back with extra seating) which helps keep you healthy while on vacation.
On the meal side, my wife had a gluten free breakfast wrap, my daughter had some oatmeal - both were very good. The home made protein cookie was a bit crumbly, great cheat option for fitness enthusiasts, not a great idea to give it to your kid in the backseat of the car unless you want to clean up a mess.
The other day we ordered 4 pizzas, including a gluten free pizza for my wife. While I'm a big fan of the healthy shakes, coffee and other drink options they have here, there's no comparison to the other Cape Breton pizza stores that Sydney is famous for.
Lots of seating, great menu - hope this place sticks around Sydney for decades to come!

Extremely friendly staff, quick service, and fresh food! The wraps were amazing and the smoothies were pretty good too.
Owner was super friendly. Great spot to grab food if your trying to eat clean.

Both locations have an awesome atmosphere. Happy & friendly staff who always make you feel welcome. The downtown location has a nice patio where can sit and soak up the sun while eating your lunch 😎 A great place to hang out on your break.
Food is always delicious. The wraps / pizza = unreal. The Margareta pizza is my favourite, love the pesto ! If you want to try a smoothie Amy’s antidote is a great choice !
They are also child friendly which is so nice to see ! They have a space for your kids to play & have some fun while you sit and enjoy your coffee or meal.
Overall great place. Five stars !!

What an incredible spot to stop in for a healthy burger, wrap, or smoothie. The staff always seem happy to be working there, and I even caught the cook singing and he didn't stop. The music, oddly enough, is awesome as well.
Lots of product to pick from with helpful, knowledgeable staff. A perfect spot to visit after coming from the YMCA across the street. That Coco Colada is delicious!
