Sushi tastes great. Plenty of parking in the lot next to the pub. However the menu listed is incorrect. All prices are atleast 30%higher than listed.
3.75/5 - Ordered take out at Nagoya and the it was enjoyed by the whole family. Pretty standard stuff. The spicy salmon and red dragon rolls were mild so if you can’t handle spice you should be okay! Person on the phone was nice and pick up went smoothly.

It's the service. The restaurant itself makes you feel at home, and the owner amplifies this feeling. She makes you feel loved and like a part of her family. Did I mention the sushi is some of the best, if not the absolute best in surrey? I don't say this often, but I was amazed with the speed and quality of service that came with the food. Here's to 8 more years of coming to eat at Nagoya!

I have at ALOT of sushi restaursnts, in Surrey, ovelr the last couple of years. I've been disappointed more often then not.
But Nagoya sushi is definitely my favorite place to eat. The staff and owners are always very polite, and very warm and welcoming. Excellent customer service skills.
They always give me a complimentary bowl of flavorful miso soup, when i eat in.
The black rice dynamite rollsand spicy agedashi tofu are my absolute favorites.
I encourage everyone to go try this place out
Really fast and friendly service! I used to always go to Sushi & Roll, but it's always so busy to the point where you have to wait 30 minutes to get a table. Nagoya is a much smaller place but is just as good, maybe even better. The prices are also around the same. Definitely recommend Nagoya if you're in the area!
Nagoya is a good quality establishment in Fleetwood--it's not Tokachi, but the prices aren't comparable, either.
Nagoya Combo is great considering what you get: Alaska roll, Dynamite roll, and two pieces of Nigiri for less than $11.
We've yet to have slow service in five + visits, but they don't hang over you waiting to do something, either. Always quick to refill tea/water.
Lastly, it's not a large place, but there's usually one table free around dinner. A lot of takeout orders.
I'm not familiar with restaurants in Surrey but this place was pretty good! The restaurant itself was small, but it was nice and comfortable. The service was pretty good and they often made a note to fill up our tea. The food was good, although the chopped scallop roll looked really nice I don't think they put enough scallop in the roll itself. The other rolls I have shown in the picture are the Black Dragon Roll (with BBQ unagi), Alaska Roll, and the TSS roll. The TSS roll was alright, I expected more of a special sauce on the roll itself since it was in the special roll category. The Black Dragon roll's presentation was nice, and roll was decent.
Don't let the location fool you. We eat a lot of sushi and this little sushi joint can hang with the best of them. We usually do take out so can't comment on the in-dining service, but can say that you won't be disappointed with the food quality and freshness. One of the best in Surrey
Great service, good sushi and reasonable prices. You can make any roll 'crazy' (deep fried) for $1 per roll and/or substitute white rice for black rice for $0.50 per roll.
We come here quite often. The owner (?) seems to never take a holiday and is always there! We were surprised to see that she wasn't there today and hope she's enjoying a well deserved holiday. We're glad to report that the service has remained the same in her absence. New, young staff were attentive and friendly.
Absolute best service, food is good, black rice option for only .50 which is a steal. Just wish there were a bit more options for basic rolls.

Fresh sushi, good price and friendly staff. Highly recommend❤ But the space inside is quite small. So if you go with a large group of people, it's better to make a reservation.
We love go to Nagoya as a family. Great value and delicious food. Also very friendly owner. She and her staff. Highly recommend 👍
They make great quality sushi! They specialize in black sushi rice! Since 2012 their sushi quality has remained high. They have good prices as well! The restaurant was very busy, many people coming in to eat and many people picking up food. Service is good for sit in dinning! Would definitely do take out when in the area next time! Definitely recommend the spicy chicken karrage and beef udon! Good portions for the price.
Sushi & sashimi taste are decent now compared the time before pandemic. But their foods still very fresh which is good thing. Price wise, okay and not too expensive. I still recommend this place for sushi & sashimi.
We went here after running the 10k Sun Run virtually. The waitress noticed my friends were hot from running and brought them cold cloths to cool down. Such a kind gesture, thank you. Food was spectacular!
