I've been going to this location almost daily for about 1.5 years and there was a lack of consistency and the customer service was terrible. I would ask for tea and get coffee, I would ask for 1 sugar and i'd get none. I'd ask for half cream, I would get double cream and they would rush drive through customers by yelling "NEXT!! "NEXT!!". I get that it's a fast food place but no need to yell, I will drive away as soon as I put my cup down.
For over a month now, the morning staff changed and they are sooooo friendly, efficient and accuracy has improved! This one staff member knows my order and gets it right every time, she even draws smiley faces on my drinks. She also noticed I went from 1.5 sugar to one and started giving me sugar on the side in case I need more. I mean who does that? This girl needs to be promoted. I finally asked the her name today, its Gursharn. Thanks morning staff for putting a smile on my face every morning. Keep up the good work.

Went there with my kids. My kids loved the timbits, so fresh. Also the girl there, she had no name tag pin but I ask for her name she said Reetu with a grt smile she's amazing. So hardworking. Never seen any tim Hortons employee so friendly and such quick service !! She made me try strawberry lemonade that was amazing. My new favorite. Thank you Reetu . See you soon .
