This is a place with excellent coffee. It was so good it took me by surprise. The interior is very tastefully decorated and the atmosphere was pleasant. Even though the café was pretty much packed for lunch, I didn't feel like it was crowded or too loud. So I was able to do the work I intended to do on my laptop, using their wifi. Actually I had 4 devices connected and the connection was excellent. Some of the service was very friendly and personable and some was a bit surly. I'll make sure to come back for coffee again and to try some of their food items.
Come here very often due to the food being pretty good. You can feel the freshness.
Drinks are pretty good.
There are however 2 downsides...
#1. The bakery portion... unfortunately, I do not recommend trying their muffins, croissants, or loaves of bread as the majority of the time, they have a stale taste to them.
#2. Everything is on the pricier side.
I love the way that there's dim lighting, the seating areas are very nice, well kept, and comfortable.
Service is pretty good, specially from a certain staff member. She works there all the time (not the owner) and is always such a pleasure to deal with!
This place is a hidden gem. The muffins and sandwiches are absolutely delicious and the best I've ever had! I highly recommend the bran or maple walnut muffins. The pesto chicken sandwich is my go to. It comes with a side of salad and they offer a wide variety of dressings. The prices are fair and I'd suggest visiting this place over Starbucks or a different cafe any day. The two ladies who run the shop are wonderful and super friendly!
