Great little dive restaurant. I only have ever ordered take out cuz I might puke if I actually ate inside this place. The owner is much friendlier after I yelled at her a year ago to learn some customer service skills. But the food here is great, it’s cheap and in 6 years I’ve never really had any complaints (on the food). And to be totally honest the other Chinese restaurants around this area are over priced and everything tastes bland. This place has awesome food for a great price and the staff is much more pleasant to be around.
Hidden gem. The go-to place for Chinese for my family! After almost a decade living in the area and trying several other Chinese restaurants (with many disappointing experiences) we discovered this place a few years ago and haven't looked back since. As the other reviews state, perhaps not much to look at from the outside, and certainly easy to miss if you don't know it's there. However, inside of the restaurant is pleasant and clean, the portions are generous, well cooked, and flavourful- consistently good quality and good prices. We have always found the staff of this family-run business are friendly and professional! In general time for delivery is about average, 45 minutes to an hour during peak times, but even when delivery time is running long the food always arrives fresh and hot. Would recommend!
This is my Chinese place. The food is very consistent. Not my favourite ginger beef, but some of the best chow mein and sesame chicken. Also, their wonton wrappers are da bomb. Love this place. I've tried other ones, and find myself comparing it to these guys.
Very good food, good sized portions. The prices are very reasonable. May not be the nicest looking place. If you are a foodie for flavour though it more than makes up This has become one of our favourite places. The woman who greats us and cooks has always been cheerful and outgoing. Recommended
My wife and I have been regulars for years. It is a small building at the end of a back alley with paint pealing off of the walls. If you can get past how it looks outside the food has never failed to impress. In fact I recommend the large Won Ton soup for both taste and affordability.
Just a hole in the wall. I didn't know they existed til I saw a menu that my brother had from these guys. First site of the store is less then desirable. But if you can look past the actual place and eat the food, it is great. Fresh, made to order. There has only been once that we were ignored but, tried them again since and the service was good.
Ive tried a LOT of chinese places and love this place. Its the biggest dump ive ever seen, but the food is what I remember chinese food tasting like when I was a kid (the last time I actually enjoyed it). We drive from Cloverdale to eat here when we want Chinese.
Vegan Friendly & Very Helpful!. I had a great experience when I called Man Seng compared to other places. I am sort of picky and only want (for environmental reasons) cardboard or metal packaging that can be recycled and they had both available. Most places just have plastic or styrofoam, yuck!
The lady was very friendly, spoke english good enough for me to have an easy back and forth conversation with, did not rush me and listened to all of my concerns. She went through what options were available to me as a vegan and without being asked, gave me the total of my order at the end of the conversation.
I waited 40-45minutes for my food to arrive and it was yummy! My kids and I enjoyed the meal and there was more than enough for my husband to have leftovers when he came home from work and the next day too :) For 24$, the quality and portions were great!
I will definitely recommend this place to friends and order from them again in the future :)
Good Food Dine In or Take Out. I have eaten here many times since I found this out of the way restaurant. Food is fresh and hot.
Prices are unbelievably cheap. Lunch starts at only $4.50 for 2 items and $5.50 for 3 items. Dinner is $5.50 and $7.95 for the 3 items. I find the serving more than ample and at times have to take some home. Always room to sit down as pickup and delivery mainly keeps them busy. Cash or Debit Only. Give them a try.
just started ordering here over the past year and they are good and cheap plus if you order over $30 u get free eggrolls which is a plus. ever had an issue and dont feel ripped off when i order the veggie chop suey as they add alot of veggies unlike alot of local places .
Food is good and priced great. This is definitely a takeout or delivery place. Rarely see anyone dine in. Service is good even in a slow day
Love this place. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the food is great. We love the house special chow mein. It is super yummy 😋
Pros: Good prices and huge portion sizes.
Cons: The dishes were hit and miss (70 hit/30 miss). Fried squid wayyy too salty, egg foo young bland, but shrimp fried rice and their chicken dishes were good. Additionally, they can be hard to reach by phone sometimes.

The best I've had! So good, fried really well and lots of fresh veggies in the beef and brocoli. Perfect spice in the schewan. Ordered dinner for 2b with prawns. All perfect. Price has gone up alot since the location move, but way better food. Will definitely go back
