What a find! We stopped into Summerside on our way out of PEI for a quick bite to eat. The menu was enticing and we are food truck lovers so of course we had to try it! Not only was the food incredible (G&M oysters, freshly shucked oysters and the lobster on a potato cake) but Chef Norman made the experience even better! He took the time to come out and tell us about the oysters and to show us how to shuck them. Great guy, great food, great experience. Don't look anywhere else, go to The Galley!

Amazing food!! We had two types of mussels, the poboy sandwich, the big boy, just incredible! We also had the fresh oysters, the chef shucked them at the picnic table for us and told us about the oysters and the difference sauces he had for them, I recommend the moonshine sauce!! Just an awesome experience, way more than I could have imagined from a "food truck".
