We visited PEI last summer (from Ontario) and found this amazing ice-cream barn. I don't know how many times I've wished I could just snap my fingers on a hot summers night and magically find myself in PEI enjoying another one of their soft ice cream cones! I had the soft ice cream twist with a salted caramel dip. It was amazing... The best cone I've ever had. How do we get one of these Kool Breeze Ice Cream Barns where I live??!!

I'm from Ottawa and visited here many times on my trip in August 2017. The flavours are amazing. It was my favorite ice cream on the island and yes i had some Cows ice cream.
