I’ve been looking for the reusable tumblers for a few weeks. When I contacted the store the employee that I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained to me that there were none in stock but she took my information and left a note for the manager. A few days later, the manager gave me a call letting me know my order was in. When I picked up the order the staff in the store were wonderful. Overall was an easy and awesome experience. Will order again. Thank you.

So embarrassing story.. I bought the mango dragonfruit lemonade from this Starbucks which was so good but as I entered class, I put the drink on a table along with my laptop and notes. All of a sudden, the table peg collapsed and my drink flew onto my notes and laptop. Never buying from this Starbucks again. It's cursed.

Good service and products. Feel as they need the Starbucks app for easier ordering and the service needs to keep up with there online orders.
