My wife and I stopped by The Clock Tower Bistro for the very first time last night and our experience surpassed the high expectations we entered with. Yes, after reading all of the positive feedback, I can additionally confirm that this is a very special place.
When you enter the restaurant, it's likely that you will be immediately impressed with the atmosphere that is full of character. The staff is also extremely friendly and prompt, so you always feel attended to.
The beer and wine selection were not only diverse but fairly priced. Our Caesar salads were quite tasty, but it was their pizzas that really blew us away. Between the sauce, toppings and crust, we agreed that it was among the best that we have consumed in a very, very long time. As avid pizza eaters from some of the best establishments in the region, it speaks volumes to their quality.
I would highly recommend The Clock Tower Bistro to any foodie in the Southern Ontario region. Easily a perfect 5/5!
Definitely the best place to eat in Strathroy! Cathy and her husband are running a great establishment with friendly, attentive staff and a delicious food. We both ordered pastas (stroganoff and lasagna), and were blown away by the flavor profiles of the dishes. The lasagna was spiced to perfection and the savory tang of the beef stroganoff just hit the spot. For dessert, we ordered creme brûlée and were met with homemade biscotti, raspberry sauce, a deliciously caramelized top on our brûlée, and the plate was garnished with a strawberry and fresh whipped cream.
10/10 We are definitely going back.
